هو الشاعر صالح بن علي بن عزيز بن عبد المعين المطاوعة البومنذر المنصوري، من قبيلة المناصير، ولد الشاعر عام 1939 م في إمارة أبوظبي بمنطقة الظفرة في بينونة بالمنطقة الغربية، ونشأ وتربى وعاش حياة البادية بين أفراد قبيلته. ومارس الشعر وهو في سن الشباب وعاصر ظهور النفط ونهوض الدولة وتطورها وقام على خدمة وطنه قبل الاتحاد بانضمامه إلى قوات حرس الحدود وبعد قيام دولة الاتحاد انضم إلى الحرس الخاص لصاحب السمو رئيس الدولة حفظه الله.
ثم أصبح عضواً في مجلس شعراء البادية بإمارة أبوظبي، وشارك في العديد من المنتديات الشعرية المحلية والخليجية، حتى أصبح أحد أبرز شعراء دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة.
ساعد في اصدار هذا الديوان السيد على بن احمد المطيوعي حيث قام مشكورا ومتبرعا بجمع القصائد واستغرق في هذا العمل ثلاث سنوات تقريبا حيث تربى مع شاعرنا وكام مصاحبا له . (almanaseer.com)
