The Prophetic Sirah of Ibn Hisham was originally written by Muhammad Ibn Ishaq before it was abridged, refined and transmitted by 'Abd al-Malik Ibn hisham. It is specific to the life of the Messenger of Allah (pbuh), beginning from his birth, upbringing, surroundings, acquaintances, social status, and so till his death.

It also sheds a light on the troubles, harm he received from people and the battles he fought in the military expeditions, also it shows all the affairs which applied by him to be a good example for others to follow.

Finally, this Sirah represents his life as the last Prophet and Messenger sent to all the worlds as a source of mercy to mankind.
