Songs of Life - The poetry of Abu al-Qasim al-Shabbi (1909-1934), the well-known Tunisian poet, considered one of the finest modern Arabic poets. He wrote the Tunisian national anthem, and his poem 'To the tyrants of the world' became a popular slogan chant during the 2011 Tunisian and subsequently Egyptian demonstrations.
