This book 'Mukhtasar Minhad al-Qasidin', or 'Abstract of the Guide for the ones traveling towards Allah' by Najm -al-Din ibn Qudama is asummary of the 'Minhad al-Qasidin' (guide to the homeless to Allah), which is itself the work of Imam Abd-al-Rahman Ibn al-Jawzi, as he himself summarized from the Ihya Ulum al-Din of Imam al-Ghazali.

This book that we present is useful for both the experts as well as the novices, because it contains the secrrets of the cult practices and warning against defects affecting the dealings. The author has divided it into four components:
