In a two volume work, 'Sufficiency in the jurisprudence of the doctrine of the people of the city' by the famous Maliki judge and scholar from Lisbon, Imam al-Hafiz Abu Omar Yusuf ibn Abd Allah ibn Abd al-Barr al-Qurtubi (368/978-463/1071, Andalus). This collection draws on the benefits of judgments and knowledge of Halal and Haram, so that people of the city are guided toward appropriate conduct according the true books of the Malikis.
