'Anubis' (also as Anopis), a novel in the Arabic language by Libyan author Ibrahim al-Koni. This work has been translated to English as 'Anabis: A Desert Novel'. This work invokes the Egyptian god of the dead, Anubis, through the story of a young man searching the unrelenting desert for his long-lost father.
