This book is divided into two parts: a theoretical one in which the author deals with all that concerns the abrogation concept and its rules and the studies made on a fundamentalist plan, and a second part in which he uses the elements named in the first part and which he applies to the Quranic excerpts and hadiths objects of abrogation and which he classifies in the fiqh writings manner.
