«I Feel Happy, I Feel Sad», a children's book in Arabic. When we understand our inner feelings, we can better understand ourselves. Giving feelings specific names creates an emotional vocabulary for children that helps them express themselves and facilitates communication with others. Through this series, we aim to help children express, understand, and accept their feelings, thus encouraging them to accept themselves and their feelings as they are without fear of expressing them in the future.
